"If I could give lower I would. I have been a customer for years and know at least three other people that are current customers. We all agree the service provided is horrible. When allison makes a mistake she hides behind her front office staff won't return your call and When they do it's not allison that calls you, even if you ask for her specifically. When and if they solve your problem there is no remorse ir apology not even a explanation just a vague message saying it's fixed. I got a new car and my renters insurance was about to lapse so I asked them to add another vehicle to my insurance and up my renters to a higher more expensive policy. That's not what they did they canceled my account, never set up the three accounts I wanted. Instead they completely opened a new account for my new car, so I don't have any existing discounts or look like I'm a long term customer. I only found out after I got a letter from the state in the mail stating my license was about to be suspended because one of my vehicles wasn't insured. Which by the way every insurance company has to send a letter to the state for them to even know you don't have insurance. So they went ahead and sent that letter without contacting me or double checking my account to see if it was there mistake. While all that was going on what would you know they not only didn't increase my renters insurance which would have made them more money they just let it lapse completely, I have no renters insurance to this day. This happened during covid, I called called and called again with no answer or call back when you showed up at the office it was closed to the public. In the end there was no apology or real help they set up my accounts just enough so my license doesn't get suspended and with way higher premiums. Still waiting to hear about renters insurance. I went from getting discounts because I had car and renters insurance to them canceling my plan only putting one car on my account no discounts and almost suspended license. When I wanted to add a second car making my discounts better with three accounts, but ultimately paying them more because of a new account added and increased renters insurance. Instead my issues were never resolved they set up insurance on my car without discussing policies or anything and I eventually gave up calling with no answer or call back. Go anywhere else, As soon as I have free time to go shop around I will be doing the same. Learn to face your problems and sometimes we need to talk to our actual insurance agent not the staff. Specifically when the issue is out of there Control and can only be resolved by the agent. I know things can be frustrating but don't take it out on us in the form of rude interactions and vague answers keep us updated and informed. If its frustrating for you its definitely frustrating for us also. The staff is the glue and holds that place together they are the only reason she keeps customers and it should not be on them to do damage control."

Turns out they canceled my insurance without telling me and I asked how to fix it. Allison said she would look into it and call me back. Instead, 3 days later i get a letter saying my drivers license will be suspended if i don't get insurance. Instead of helping me fix it she turned me in!? JFC, Allison.
